Pricing questions
How much does ReactReplay cost?
Plans are pay-once: $19 Intimate (up to 6 guests, 30-day video access), $39 Family (15 guests, 1-year), $79 Big Day (30 guests, lifetime), $149 Production (60 guests, lifetime). No subscription, no hidden fees.
Is ReactReplay a subscription?
No. ReactReplay is pay-per-reveal — you pay one time per event. There is no recurring billing and no monthly plan.
Can I upgrade my plan after creating a reveal?
Yes. If you exceed your guest cap or want lifetime retention after starting on a smaller plan, you can upgrade from the reveal's settings tab and pay the difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal currently — including PayPal's credit card flow. Direct credit-card checkout via Stripe is on the roadmap.
What happens to my videos when the retention period ends?
On the Intimate (30-day) and Family (1-year) plans, videos become unavailable for streaming after the retention window. We email you 7 and 1 day before expiration so you can download. Big Day and Production plans never expire.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't run the reveal. After the reveal has been recorded, refunds are case-by-case via /contact.
