Citizenship / visa approval · ReactReplay use case

Approved. Tell every family member, in every country, at once.

Some news travels too slowly. Don’t let this one.

Citizenship and visa approvals usually arrive after years. The people who matter to you may be in three countries. ReactReplay is built for exactly this: a synced room where the news lands on every screen at the same second, no matter where the cameras are.

Why this beats a text

The moment is the point.

Sending a screenshot of an approval letter to a parent across an ocean strips the moment of weight. Recording their face when they see the headline restores it. The clip becomes part of the family story.

How it works for a citizenship / visa approval

Three minutes from setup to live room.

Custom reveal, sky palette, headline ("CITIZEN", "APPROVED", "GREEN CARD"). Generate links for parents, siblings, partner. Open the room when you have the letter in hand. Every camera fires; you save the file.

  1. 1. Choose your reveal. Custom headline, accent color, scheduled or instant.
  2. 2. Generate per-recipient links. Paste names — each guest gets a personal URL.
  3. 3. Press start. The countdown plays in every browser; cameras roll; clips land in your library.
Common questions

Citizenship / visa approval FAQs.

How do I tell my family I got citizenship?
Set up a custom ReactReplay reveal with the right headline, generate per-recipient links for parents and siblings (anywhere in the world), and run the room as soon as the approval is real. The countdown lands on every screen at the same instant; cameras record.
Does it work across time zones?
Yes. The countdown is server-synced. We highlight the local time per guest in the wait screen so nobody misses it. Late joiners can still record after the room opens.
Can guests in countries with strict internet rules use ReactReplay?
It works on standard browsers; no special apps, no proxies. Guests do need a browser that supports getUserMedia (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) — that’s 99%+ of phones in 2026.
Is the recording legally sensitive?
The recording is personal — it’s yours, stored in your private library. We don’t share or analyze content. Mention nothing case-specific in the headline if you want it for the family scrapbook only.
How many people should I invite?
For most citizenship reveals, 8–15. Parents, siblings, partner, your closest friends in your home country. Family plan ($39) is the right size.
